摘要
河北某超贫磁铁矿中钛品位极低,为对其进行综合利用,本试验确定了"阶段磨矿、强磁—浮选"技术路线,即首先在较粗磨矿细度下进行钛铁矿的强磁选预富集,强磁粗精矿再磨后使用新型捕收剂BK426进行钛铁矿无抑制剂浮选。采用该技术,可以从TiO2品位为4.03%的超贫磁铁矿中得到TiO2品位45.48%、回收率为41.01%的钛铁矿精矿,较好地实现了超贫磁铁矿资源中钛资源的综合回收。
To realize economical and compre hensive utilization of ilmenite from an ultra low-grade ore in Hebei, the technical process of stage grinding, high intensity magnetic separation and flotation is determined. In this process, ilmenite pre-concentration by high intensity magnetic separation is firstly conducted under coarse grinding condition followed by the regrinding of rough concentrate, and then ilmenite flotation is carried out using a new-type collector of BK416 without depressant addition. By adopting above mentioned technique, the ilmenite concentrate grading 45.48% TiO2 was obtained, with recovery of 41.01%, while the ultralow-grade magnetite raw realize the comprehensive utilization of ultra low-grade ilmenite ore containing 4.03% TiO2, and this could ore resources.
