摘要 论述了基于尺寸测量接口标准 (DMIS)的面向对象坐标测量软件的设计方案。该软件采用DMIS中性语言 ,为三坐标测量机提供测量程序 ,以适应检测规程的互操作性、柔性 ,为便携式、大量程坐标测量机 (CMM)系统的实现创造条件 ;按尺寸和公差原理的数学定义 (MDDTP)计算尺寸和形位误差 ,以减少由于对公差标准理解的不统一而带来的测量结果的不确定度 ;提供通用对象请求代理体系 (CORBA)模块接口 ,以实现在不同操作平台和语言环境中 ,按DMIS标准进行信息通讯 ,为信息系统的集成提供条件。 The architecture of measurement software based on Dimentional Measurement Interface Standard (DMIS) was described. It provided a common measurement program for the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). It had three main features as follows: firstly it adopted the standard of DMIS, which is convenient for data exchange and communication between different computers and measurement systems. This is suitable for the portable and large-scale CMM systems. Secondly it evaluated the size and form error by the Mathematical Definition of Dimensioning and Tolerancing Principles (MDDTP), which could decrease the measurement uncertainty caused by the partial understanding of geometrical tolerance standard. And thirdly it provided Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA) model interface, which can facilitate the DMIS program operated on different platforms in different language environments.
