摘要
为了使CAD模型中提取的批量数据点能直接用于CMM自动检测,利用Visual C++平台开发出批量数据点处理软件,将批量数据点坐标信息转换成CMM可识别的符合尺寸测量接口标准(DMIS)的程序,实现自动检测,并用实例验证了其有效性。该方法成本低,效率高,具有较强的实用性。
In order to make the batch data points from CAD model could be directly used in CMM automatic detection, the batch data processing software was developed with Visual C++platform, to convert the coordinate information of data points to the CMM iden-tifiable program, so automatic detection was realized.The validity of the software was verified by an example.The method has low cast, high efficiency, and strong practicability.
