摘要
针对目前焊接施工存在的人工录入信息过多、焊接数据造假及焊接数据传输不及时等问题,结合聚乙烯管道焊接工艺的特点,通过信息条码化、改造焊机及搭建智能焊机管理系统等手段提高了聚乙烯管道焊接质量。
Aiming at the existing problems during welding process which are manual entry information is large, some welding data is false and the welding data transmission is untimely, combined with the characteristics of polyethylene pipe welding technology, through realizing the information bar code, improving welding machine and building intelligent management system etc., the welding quality of polyethylene pipes were improved.
