摘要
煤矿用带式输送机胶带因长期承载物料、运行速度快、拉力高以及恶劣的工作环境,常发生断带事故,所以带式输送机需要安装断带保护器并确保其安全高效工作。研究分析了蓄能器在断带保护装置液压回路中的作用。实践表明,蓄能器使断电保护装置反应速度提高,安全性和稳定性增强。
Strip break accidents of belt conveyor always occurred because of long load bearing material, fast running speed,high tension and poor working conditions. Therefore, belt conveyor needed to install a broken belt protector to ensure its safe and efficient work. Function of accumulator in hydraulic circuit of broken belt protection device was analyzed in this study.The practice showed that reaction speed, safety and stability of power failure protection device were improved by energy accumulator.
