摘要
电液控制型断带保护装置是以液压控制系统和PLC控制系统为基础的断带抓捕装置,详细介绍断带抓捕器的工作原理,建立和分析了液压系统的数学模型和传递函数,利用AMESim仿真软件对该液压系统建立仿真模型,分析了液压系统额定压力为8 MPa时,断带抓捕前后差动液压缸有杆腔、系统压力和液压缸内活塞位移的仿真曲线,得出差动液压系统抓捕时间短的优势,进而为以后优化带式输送机以及断带抓捕装置提供参考依据。
Electro-hydraulic control strip break protection device is a type of strip break capture device that is based on the hydraulic control system and PLC control system. The principle of strip break capture device has made the detailed introduction, set up and analyzed the mathematical model of hydraulic system and the transfer function, established the simulation model of hydraulic system using AMESim simulation software, analyzed the rated pressure in hydraulic system is 8 MPa. The simulation curve of the differential hydraulic cylinder rod cavity and system pressure and the piston displacement of the hydraulic cylinder,obtained the quickly capturing belt property of the differential hydraulic system. In turn, to provide a reference basis for later to optimize the belt conveyor strip break capture device.
