摘要
针对目前矿山出现的带式输送机断带事故频发的现象,在总结现存断带抓捕系统的缺点基础上,提出一种新型带式输送机断带液压抓捕系统,具有延迟触发功能,成功解决了以往抓捕系统在输送机启动或制动时的误动作问题。
The accidents of conveyor belt breaking in mining were frequent.The paper reviewed the shortcomings of previously arrest systems,and then proposed a new hydraulic arrest system of conveyor breaking belt.The arrest system with delay triggering capabilities,successfully resolved the malfunction of the old arrests in conveyor of starting or braking.
