摘要 针对有机溶剂回收率低、回收成本较高的问题,在传统有机溶剂回收装置的原固定床独立吸附工艺上进行改进,设计一种吸附/脱附-再生-冷凝分离的溶剂回收工艺。新工艺不仅可以提高有机溶剂的回收率,而且还减少了有害废气的排放,并实现了冷凝水的重复使用。根据新的回收工艺流程,设计一种并联组合式吸附器结构的有机溶剂自动回收系统,并配置有触摸屏下位机。控制系统设计了上位机监控平台,实现对多台设备的分布式管理。该回收装置中的4个吸附器相互配合使用,提高了吸附效率,有效解决了传统有机溶剂回收装置中固定床独立工作,对有机溶剂回收率较低的问题。 Considering low recovery rate and high cost in organic solvent recovery,improving original fixed bed's independent absorption process in the recovery device was implemented and a new solvent recovery process which boasting of adsorption / stripping-regeneration-condensation separation was designed. The new process method can improve recovery rate of organic solvents and reduce harmful exhaust emissions as well as realize reuse of condensed water. According to the new recycling process,an organic solvent auto-recovery system equipped with parallel combined absorbers and slave computer with touching screen was designed,in which,the control system's PC monitoring platform can realize the distributed management of devices; and four absorbers there cooperate with each other to improve the efficiency of adsorption and to effectively solve problems above-mentioned.
