摘要
针对循环流化床炉内脱硫系统大滞后及非线性等特点,提出一种可变论域的正态云模糊PID控制方法。以某厂4个负荷段的工况数据构造数学模型,对比同条件下模糊PID、变论域模糊PID和正态云变论域模糊PID 3种方法的动态性能,验证了可变论域的正态云模糊PID控制方法可获得适中的阻尼、更快的响应速度和更好的鲁棒性,为此类系统的优化设计提供参考。
Aiming at the large delay and nonlinearity of the desulfurization system in the circulating fluidized bed furnace,a normal cloud variable universe fuzzy PID control method was proposed. Having the working condition's data of four load sections based to establish mathematical model and compare the dynamic performances of fuzzy PID,variable universe fuzzy PID and normal cloud variable universe fuzzy PID at the same conditions demonstrates that,the proposed normal cloud variable universe fuzzy PID control method can bring about proper damping,faster response speed and better robustness and can provide both guidance and reference for the design and optimization of such sorts of systems.
