摘要
生物质气化过程具有非线性、不稳定性和负荷干扰等特点,现提出了一种双闭环控制方法,它主要是通过变论域和模糊控制算法控制气化炉的一次风量,从而达到降低可燃气体含氧量、维持气化炉温度稳定性的目的。通过仿真和现场运行结果来证明该技术的有效性。
Biomass gasification process with nonlinear instability and load disturbance characteristics, now proposes a dual-loop control method, it is mainly through variable universe fuzzy control algorithm and a gasifier air flow, thus to reduce the oxygen content of combustible gases, maintain the purpose of the gasifier temperature stability. To prove the effectiveness of this technology through simulation and operating results.
