摘要
针对精馏装置的开停车工艺复杂、操作难度大的问题,提出利用CLIPS语言开发其智能指导系统。该系统由DCS仿真系统、专家知识库及用户界面等组成,拥有独立的规则库,有很好的移植性。仿真测试结果也证实该系统可以满足精馏装置开停车过程的安全指导。
Aiming at the complexity and difficulty in rectifying column ’s start-up or shut-down operation, making use of CLIPS language to develop the intelligent guidance system for it was proposed.The system con-sisting of DCS simulation system,expert knowledge base and user interface has a separate rule base and better portability.The simulation testing indicates that this system can guide the rectifying column’s safe start-up or shut-down operation.
