摘要
工艺的复杂性、原燃料的频繁波动以及操作者的经验差异给链篦机-回转窑氧化球团生产的稳定、优化控制带来了较大难度。本文根据氧化球团热工过程的传热、传质理论,建立了链篦机、回转窑、环冷机的过程模拟模型和物热平衡模型,实现了生产状态的透明化;采用数据挖掘技术结合专家经验知识,开发出链篦机-回转窑氧化球团生产优化专家系统。系统于2013年10月起在武钢鄂州球团厂投入运行,结果表明:系统界面友好、实用性强,模型计算准确率达90%以上,操作指导达到现场专家水平。
The complexity of process, the frequent fluctuation of raw materials and fuels and the operational differences of operators bring difficulties in stabilizing and optimizing oxide pellet production using grate-kiln process. In this paper, the process simulation model and material and heat balance model of traveling grate, rotary kiln and circular cooler are established respectively according to heat & mass transfer theory of oxide pellet thermal process, which make the production state more transparent. The data mining technique in combination with the expert knowledge is used to develop an optimized expert system for the grate-kiln process of oxidized iron ore pellet. The system was put into operation in WISCO Ezhou Pelletizing Plant in October 2013 ,the results show that the system is practical and user-friendly, the model calculation accuracy is above 90% and the operation guidance reaches the site expert level.
