摘要
安保问题、经济因素、历史清算一直是影响日朝关系的三个基本变量。日朝双边关系的变化,反映了冷战结束以来东北亚及太平洋地区格局的重新调整。应当说,日朝关系如何发展,取决于日朝双方有多少改善关系的政治意愿、能作出多大让步、双方有何战略考量、达成的协议能否或在多大程度上得到落实等等。目前来看,日朝双边关系存在难解的障碍。双方问题的解决还会有很长的路要走。
Issue of security,issue of economy,and issue of historic scrutiny are three fundamental variants influencing Japan-North Korea relation.The change on bilateral relation between Japan and North Korea reflects the re-structuring of pattern of power distribution in Northeast Asia and Asia-Pacific region.Generally-speaking, the development of North Korea-Japan relation is shaped and determined by actual political willpowers of both parties for improvement of bilateral relations,actual concessions and compromises made by both parties,actual strategic considerations of both parties,and the actual degree of implementation of agreement reached by both parties.At the present,there are some very tough barriers obstructing their bilateral relation,which are hard to be removed.So a long way still extending ahead for the resolution of problems and issues between both parties,and many twists and turns can be anticipated.
