摘要
丙烯酸生产过程属高温高压、易燃易爆,涉及压力容器和压力管道较多。安全阀是化工装置的常用安全附件之一,是承压设备或管道安全运行的重要保护装置。结合丙烯酸生产过程实际,就安全阀的作用原理、选用原则、投用注意事项、管理维护、检定及校验、常见故障处理等6个方面进行阐述,对加强安全阀的日常管理提出了具体要求,保证了安全阀的运行完好安全,为装置应对突发事件和长周期运行奠定基础。
The mediums used in acrylic acid production are flammable and explosive with high pressure and temperature process. Moreover many pressure vessels and piping are involved in the production. Safety valve is one of commonly used safety accessories and is important protective device for safe operation of pressurized equipment and piping. Combined with the practice in acrylic acid production, in this article, for safety valve, six aspects, including working principle, selection principle, application note, management and maintenance, calibration and fault treatment, were expounded. Concrete necessities in daily management of safety valve were indicated, from which it may be operated in perfection and its long operation period can be ensured.
