摘要
密封面损坏泄漏,是安全阀常见故障之一。研磨修复是安全阀校验维修过程中最为耗时费力的工序,因此掌握好各种研磨技术并合理利用现有的研磨设备,可有效降低员工劳动强度、提高维修质量和工作效率。本文根据安全阀密封面的损坏程度对金属密封面的修复提出了具体修理方法和修复技术,归纳总结了不同情况下最佳研磨方法的选用原则,为实际工作提供可靠的依据。
The damage and leakage of the sealing surface,is one of the common faults of the safety valve.The grinding repair is the most time-consuming process of checking the safety valve maintenance process,so mastering all kinds of grinding technology and the rational use of the existing grinding equipment,can effectively reduce the labor intensity,improve service quality and work efficiency.In this paper,according to the damage degree of the sealing surface of safety valve,some repairing methods and repairing techniques are put forward to the repairing of the metal sealing surface.The principle of selecting the best grinding method in different situations is summarized and provides a reliable basis for practical work.
