摘要
稳压器弹簧式阀瓣在启闭过程中可能发生喘振现象,对阀门的安全性和疲劳寿命产生很大的影响。利用流场分析得到的流体介质作用力作为边界条件,通过数值计算,揭示了喘振的作用规律以及弹簧刚度对喘振的影响,确定了避免喘振发生的弹簧刚度。
During the opening progress of the stabilizer spring loaded safety valve surge effect may occur,w hich w ould have great impact on safety and fatigue of the valve. Through using fluid analysis result as the boundary and numerical analysis,the principle of surge effect can be revealed. After the study on impact of spring stiffness on surge,the range of spring stiffness to avoid surge can be given.
