摘要
职业生涯规划是一个职业人对自己未来一生中所将要承担的职业经历或历程进行科学规划和谋划的过程。交通行业技术性强、门类繁多,职业标准要求严格,对从业人员职业能力要求较高,要求高职院校学生在校期间必须要有良好的职业规划。分析职业规划对高职交通类学生就业的必要性及目前交通类高职学生在职业规划方面存在的不足之处,并就交通类高职院校学生如何进行职业规划提出建议和措施。
The career planning refers to the process of scientific planning in which a person will undertake the vocational experience in the future. The transportation industry,with the features of high technology,various categories and strict vocational standards,requires a higher level of professional competence for employees who must have a good career planning during their studies. This paper mainly analyzes the necessity of career planning for the employment of students specialized in transportation and the shortcomings in the current career planning and puts forward the suggestions and measures for the students in higher vocational colleges on how to carry out the career planning.
