摘要 顶岗实习是实现高职人才培养目标关键的实践环节,是高职"工学结合、校企合作"的具体表现。依据高职院校办学定位和人才培养模式创新的需要,通过构建政府主导,学校为主,企业是关键的各方参与的立体、交互式的顶岗实习质量监控体系;构建企业、学院、学生等参与的顶岗实习考核评价体系,提高顶岗实习质量,实现校企合作深入持久发展。 Post practice is the key link of practice to realize the talent training goal in higher vocational education, and is a concrete manifestation of 'working-learning combination and school-enterprise cooperation'. According to the needs of school-running orientation and talent training mode innovation, the higher vocational academies should improve the post practice quality to reach a in-depth and lasting development of schoolenterprise cooperation through constructing a three-dimensional, interactive quality monitoring system of post practice dominated by government, operated by schools and hinged by enterprises, and construct a post practice evaluation system joined by enterprise, academies and students.
