摘要
具有光滑过渡的复杂分叉节点的建模和3D打印是该类节点实现先进设计和智能制造的关键,本文用SolidWorks的特征造型功能实现了具有光滑过渡外型的节点的建模,然后分别利用3D打印技术的FDM和SLM工艺将其打印成型.研究结果表明:基于SolidWorks和3D打印的建模制造一体化技术可以有效解决复杂节点采用传统的铸造工艺难以生产的问题,实现节点设计制造的智能化.
Modeling and 3 Dprinting of complex bifurcation joint with smooth transitions are the key to achieve advanced design and intelligent manufacturing of such joint.This paper used SolidWorks’feature modeling function to realize the modeling of joint with smooth transition appearance,and then printed them by FDM and SLM processes of 3 Dprinting technology.The research results show that the modeling and manufacturing integration technology based on SolidWorks and 3 Dprinting can effectively solve the problem that the complex joint are difficult to produce by the traditional casting process,and realize the intelligent design and manufacturing of node.
