摘要
随着航空技术的进步和"矛与盾"进一步的深度对抗,飞行器技术朝着亚声速巡航飞行器及超音速飞行器快速发展,因而要求结构零件必须具备耐高温、高强度、高刚度、质量小等特点。本文依据此特点对应用于某超音速飞行器的升降舵基于超塑成形/扩散连接技术进行选材、结构设计及强度分析。计算结果表明,其安全裕度为1.37,满足强度设计要求。
With the progress of aircraft technology and deep contradictious confrontation, the aircraft technology is developing fast towards the subsonic cruising aircraft and ultrasonic aircraft; thus it is required structural parts must be designed with features of high-temperature resistance, high strength and rigidity, and small mass. According to these features, the paper presents material selection, structural design and strength analysis for the elevator of a type ultrasonic aircraft based on SPF/DB technique. The calculation result shows the safety margin is 1.37, meeting the strength design requirements.
