摘要
介绍热成形压机,并阐述在航空工业钛合金零件中的应用。介绍Modbus通信的基本原理。通过PLC与Modbus通信,实时控制加热炉腔的温度。通过使用西门子SCL语言编程,实现一主多从的轮询通信,提升通信效率。通过实际应用,实现了该加热系统控制精确,运行稳定可靠,效果良好。
This paper introduces the hot for ming press and its application in titanium alloy parts of aviation industry.The basic principle of Modbus communication is introduced.Through PLC and Modbus communication,real-time control of heating furnace chamber temperature.Through the programming of Siemens SCL language,the communication efficiency can be improved by implementing a primary and secondary polling communication.Through practical application,the heating system is realized to be accurate in control,stable and reliable in operation and good in effect.
