摘要
老年教育的新发展要求构建适合自身建设的质量监控和保障体系。老年教育构建质量监控和保障体系要求确立相应的指导思想和基本原则。老年教育质量管理不仅包括宏观也包括微观的监控和保障。老年大学办学质量管理模式应选择"小而特"的质量监控和保障体系,其基本要求是简要、实用、有效、到位。
A quality monitoring and guarantee system is required as the aging education develops. The system itself needs corresponding guidelines and basic principles. The quality management of aging education consisits of both macro and micro supervision and guarantee. It should be brief,practical,effective,appropriate,and be characterised as being small and specific.
