摘要
目的探讨老年脑梗死患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与病情的关系。方法选取2016年1月至2018年6月老年脑梗死患者120例作为梗死组,同期选取健康人30例作为健康组,所有人员均检测血清hsCRP、Hcy水平,并采用临床神经功能缺损评分标准(NFD)评估神经功能。结果梗死组血清hs-CRP、Hcy水平和NFD评分明显高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);梗死组中,重度者33例(27.50%)、中度者42例(35.00%)、轻度者45例(37.50%),重度者血清hs-CRP、Hcy水平和NFD评分明显高于中度者,中度者血清hs-CRP、Hcy水平和NFD评分明显高于轻度者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP、Hcy水平与老年患者脑梗死的发生发展有关,提示检测血清hs-CRP、Hcy水平可作为评估患者病情的重要指标。
Objective To discuss the relationship between serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and homocys teine(Hcy)levels in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 120 elderly patients with cerebral infarction from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the infarction group.During the same period,30 healthy persons were selected as the health group.Serum hs-CRP and Hcy levels were measured in all the personnel,and neurological function was assessed by clinical neurological deficit score(NFD).Results Serum hs-CRP,Hcy levels and NFD scores in the infarction group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the infarction group,33 cases(27.50%)were severe,42 cases(35.00%)were moderate,and 45 cases(37.50%)were mild,the serum hs-CRP,Hcy level and NFD scores of severe patients were significantly higher than those of moderate patients,and the serum hs-crp,Hcy level and NFD scores of moderate patients were significantly higher than those of mild patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum hs-CRP and Hcy levels are related to the occurrence and development of cerebral infarction in elderly patients.It was suggested that serum hsCRP and Hcy levels could be used as important indicators to evaluate the patient’s condition.
