摘要
采用有限元软件ADINA对村镇砌体房屋中无构造柱及圈梁墙体、现浇构造柱及圈梁加固墙体和预制装配式构造柱及圈梁加固墙体的抗震性能进行模拟计算分析。结果表明:设置钢筋混凝土构造柱以后,砌体的抗震性能有显著的改善,极限承载力增加,破坏时墙体塑性应变减少能使墙体裂缝减少并使墙体延性增加。达到极限承载力时位移增加。装配式构造柱墙体的抗震性能与现浇构造柱墙体的抗震性能相近,又具有施工方便等优点,因此适合在村镇建筑中推广使用。
With finite element software ADINA,the seismic performance of non-tectonic column and wall without ring beams,cast-in-situ structural column and wall reinforced with ring beams,prefabricated structural column and wall reinforced with ring beams were analogously calculated and analyzed.The result show that:after setting reinforced concrete structural column,the seismic performance of the walls is considerably improved,and ultimate bearing capacity is increased.The decrease of wall plastic strain when it is suffered from damage could leads to the decrease of wall cracks and the increase of wall ductility.The displacement is increased when the ultimate bearing capacity is achieved.The seismic performance of fabricated structural column wall is similar to that of cast-in-situ structural column wall,and also possesses the advantage of convenient construction,which is suitable for application in rural architecture.
