摘要
传统构造柱的施工涉及工种多,工序复杂,工期长,工人劳动强度大,存在马牙槎留置偏差、钢筋偏位、混凝土侧漏、不密实等质量通病,显然无法满足现代建筑产业化,绿色施工的要求。提出了一种可代替传统钢筋混凝土构造柱的轻钢构造柱施工工艺,确定了其施工特点、原理、工艺流程及质量控制措施,获得了最佳的经济和社会效益,是一种可靠、高效的新技术,具有广阔的应用前景。
The construction of traditional structural column involves many kinds of work,complex working procedure,long construction period,great labor intensity of workers,there are some common quality defects,such as retained deviation of horse-tooth-shaped cha,deflection of steel bar,side leakage of concrete,and non-compactness,obviously can not meet the modern building industrialization,green construction requirements.In this paper,a new construction technology of light-weight steel structural column is proposed,which can replace the traditional reinforced concrete structural column.It is a reliable and efficient new technology with wide application prospect to determine its construction characteristics,principle,process flow and quality control measures to obtain the best economic and social benefits.
