摘要
高层次的、有效的学术交流对提高民办高校教师素养、人才培养质量以及扩大其在教育界的影响力具有巨大的促进作用,但以辽宁省某民办高校为例,通过与省内高校学术交流相关信息的比较,可发现民办高校学术交流参与程度不高,对外交流不足等诸多问题。
High level and effective academic interactions have enormous impetuses to the raise of teachers'literacy,the quality of talents cultivation and the influence of non-governmental colleges in educational field.But now,we find many problems in private higher colleges'academic interactions,such as lacking of initiative,low-level academic exchange and foreign exchange shortage,taking one private higher college in Liaoning province as example.
