摘要
随着改革开放的进一步加深,我国与国际社会已实现全方面接轨,我国对于跨文化交流人才的素质培养有着迫切的需求。本文在简要介绍了大学生跨文化交流现状,并对大学生跨文化交流素质培养中存在的问题进行分析的基础上,主要从课堂教育和课外教育相互整合的角度,对大学跨文化交流素质培养进行了探讨。
As the reform and opening-up deepening further, Chi-na has implemented at all levels, which made a pressing need for the quality training of cross-cultural communication talents. In brief introduction of the situation of college students＆#39; intercultural communication , and on the basis of the analysis of existing prob-lems, this paper elaborates the training of cross-cultural commu-nication quality from the aspects of classroom education and ex-tracurricular education.
