摘要
学习型班级理论,是学习型组织理论在班级管理中的应用。学风状况是衡量高校班级建设的主要指标。运用学习型组织理论,从班级学生团队协同的视角研究班级学风建设,构建班级团队学习,加强学风建设,引导并积极开展多层次的学风建设活动,增强高校学风建设,提高人才培养质量。
Classes of learning science are the application of learning organization theory in class management.Style of study is the main index to measure the college class construction.Applying the learning organization theory,research on class construc-tion of style of study from the perspective of cooperative class student team,to the construction of class team learning,strength-en the construction of style of study,guide and actively develop the multi -level construction of style of study activities,en-hance the construction of style of study,improve the quality of talent training.
