摘要
本文针对变电站新一代智能保护设备集成化、就地化、站域化的设计和建设特点,同时总结现阶段智能变电站和传统变电站保护设备的运行和测试经验,在保护装置的动模试验、单体功能测试、SV采样数据异常测试上提出了新的检测技术和测试手段。针对新一代智能变电站设计和建设的特点,本文给出了一个典型动模试验一次接线图,在传统动模试验功能测试的基础上,增加了合并单元失步再同步对保护装置影响的测试和过程层网络压力测试。本文重点研究了SV采样数据异常对保护装置影响的检测技术,对目前处于试运行阶段的变电站新一代智能保护设备给出了详细的检测结果,总结了可能的SV采样数据异常情况,并针对各种异常情况给出了不同的测试手段和方法。
In this paper,a complete scheme of test technology and method on dynamic simulation,single device function test,abnormal SV test is presented based on the integration,on-site and substation-wide characteristics of the equipment and the unique feature of construction and commission phase of new-generation smart substation as well as the previous experience of test and operation on both smart and traditional substation.According to the aforementioned features,a typical wiring diagram of dynamic simulation is illustrated,based on the result of that simulation,the impact to the protection device when the Merging Unit is desynchronized is studied,and the process bay network pressure test is also performed.This paper concentrates on the examination method that tests the impact of abnormal SV to the protection device,and enumerats all possible conditions of abnormal sampling data and corresponding test manner and methods.
