摘要
根据电网规划建设的特点,指出了电网建设后评价的必要性,以贵阳"十一五"电网建设后评价为例提出了电网建设后评价主要内容,构建电网建设后评价一个完整的理论框架。
Based on characteristics of power grid planning and construction, this paper pointed out the importance of power grid project construction post evaluation, and proposed a complete theoretical framework for power grid project construction post evaluation with the example of power grid construction evaluation in Guiyang after the eleventh five - year plan.
