摘要
为了满足未来排放的要求和改善发动机的性能,高压共轨燃油喷射可望成为发动机电控发展的一个新方向。本文尝试根据共轨燃油喷射系统的结构特点,建立了数学模型。利用仿真分析了各参数对共轨管内燃油压力的影响。柴油机试验台架测试结果验证了仿真计算是合理有效的。
To meet the requirement of future emission and improve engine performance, high-pressure Common-Rail fuel injection system is expected to be a new way for engine electric control. Based on the structure of Common-Rail fuel injection system, this paper present a mathematical model. The simulation can be used to analyze the effects of parameters for fuel pressure in rail. The result of an engine test rig shows the simalation model is feasible.
