摘要
目的探讨抑郁症肝郁痰阻证证候标准。方法根据文献资料与预试结果 ,编制抑郁症常见中医证候标准专家问卷 ,向全国范围内的 1 0 2名专家发送问卷调查。结果情绪抑郁、脉弦滑、舌淡红苔白腻、胸胁脘腹胀闷、眩晕和表情沮丧等 6项证候指标的累加总分在 2 2 0分以上 ,必备证候指标百分率大于 5 0 %。结论情绪抑郁、脉弦滑、舌淡红苔白腻、胸胁脘腹胀闷、眩晕和表情沮丧可能是抑郁症肝郁痰阻证的必备证候指标。
?Objective To explore the syndrome standard of the hepatic stagnation causing phlegm retention among patients with depression. Methods According to the references and results of experiments, questionnaires on frequently occuring syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine were developed and distributed to 102 experts throughout the country to collect suggestion on the syndrome standard of it.Results The six symptoms, with total scores being more than 220 and percentage of necessarily occurring symptoms being higher than 50 percent, were mental depression, stringy and slippery pulse, pink tongue and greasy fur, chest and gastric distress,vertigo and expressive dejection. Conclusion The necessarily occurring symptoms with hepatic stagnation causing phlematic retention for depression should be mental depression, stringy and slippery pulse,pink tongue and greasy fur,chest and gastric distress,vertigo and expressive dejection. 〔
