摘要
目的 :研究抑郁症肝郁脾虚证证候标准。方法 :根据文献资料和预测结果 ,编制抑郁症常见中医证候专家问卷 ,向全国范围内遴选出的 10 2位专家发放问卷调查。结果 :回收问卷 92份 ,得分在 2 0 0分以上的证候 12项 ,5 0 %以上专家认定的必备证候有 7项。中医专家和中西医结合专家对抑郁症肝郁脾虚证证候评分高度一致 (P值均 >0 .0 5 )。结论 :情绪抑郁、多愁善感、纳差、倦怠乏力等 7项证候是抑郁症肝郁脾虚证必备证候。
Objective:To study the diagnostic criteria of the syndrome with hepatic stagnation causing splenic deficiency for depression.Methods:A questionnaire were distributed to 102 experts throughout the country.Results:Ninety-two responded questionnaires showed that experts had admitted seven essential syndromes. The traditional Chinese medicine experts and integrated traditional Chinese with westen medicine experts fell in with the view on the question for study( P >0.05).Conclusion:The seven symptoms including emotional depression, sentiment, anorexia, lack of vitacity and asthenia and so on are essential to the syndrome with hepatic stagnation causing splenic deficiency.
