摘要
脉络宁注射液是治疗多种心脑血管及周围血管血栓栓塞性疾病的中药复方静脉注射剂 ,在防治各种急、慢性心脑血管等疾病中 ,显示了起效快、疗效好、不良反应少等优点。本文从药理学和毒理学 2个方面综述了脉络宁注射液研究状况 ,结合近 2 0年来的临床应用 ,认为它是治疗心脑血管疾病的理想药物之一。
Mailuoning injection is a compound Chinse medicine injection for the treatment of many cardio cerebrovascular disease and perivascular thrombosis.It has been observed that mailuoning injection is effective and fast onset in the treatment of the cardio cerebrvascular diseases and has no apparent side effects.This paper reviewed the research on the mailuoning injection through the integration of pharmacology and toxicology.Combined with clinic experience of mailuoning injection about 20 years,mailuoning injection is recommended to be one of ideal drugs in therapy of cardio cerebrovascular diseases.
