摘要
用现代教育思想的人才观重新审视我国目前的研究生教育,认为创新能力是研究生培养的重点.文中从环境与创新、素质与创新、思维与创新这3个方面阐述了创新能力的培养问题.
Having resurveyed Chinese present graduate edncation with modern education ideas, we will find that the ability to innovate is very important in graduate training. The paper deals with ability training in three aspects, which are environment and innovation, quality and innovation, thinking and innovation.
