摘要 作者观察了饥饿和高脂食物对诱发小鼠运动病的影响.雄性小鼠56只被分为7组.其中实验组分别在进食日常食物、饥饿状态或进食高脂肪食物后接受双向加速度运动刺激,以其饮用0.15%糖精溶液的量作指标,观测各组条件反射性味觉厌恶的反应程度.结果表明,进食正常食物小鼠30min饮量平均为0.71ml,饥饿和高脂食物组该饮量明显减少,仅为0.26ml.说明饥饿或高脂食物均可加剧小鼠的运动病反应. For research of the effect of the hunger and high fat diet on motion sickness, 56 male mice were divided into 7 groups. They were subjected to the acceleration stimulation in two directions either following a normal food intake, hunger or ingestion of high fet diet. The conditioned taste aversion (CTA) was indexed by the amount of 0-15% saccharin solution drunk by the mice to evaluate the results. It showed that the amount drunk by each of mice averages 1-61 ml in the control groups during 30 min. The amount is only 0-26 ml, however, in the two groups of the hunger and high lat diet. It indicated that both of the hunger and high lat diet obviously enhanced the mice susceptibility to motion sickness.
