摘要
本文分析了一些仍在运作,但却存在误区的几种管理方法,这些方法有悖于现代创新人才的培养理念,压抑和扭曲了大学生个性,牵制了大学生创造力和潜能的发挥。在大学生教育管理中应借鉴罗杰斯"真诚、尊重、理解"为内涵和特征的情感教学理论;只有营造和培养良好的师生关系,并且在学生管理过程中贯穿民主思想,尊重和培养学生个性和选择性以及因材施教,帮助学生实现潜能和创造力,高等教育才能有更大的发展。
In this paper, four defective but running methods for management of college students were analyzed. These methods proved to oppress and distort the personality of college students and prevent them from full development of creativity and potential ability. The affective theory ,'realness, respect and understanding', presented by Rogus, was recommended. Cultivating harmonious administrative staff-students relationship, carrying out democracy, respecting student's individuality and helping student realize their creativity and potential ability are necessary for the further development of higher education.
