摘要
以正硅酸乙酯为硅源 ,以无水乙醇为溶剂 ,稀盐酸和稀氨水为催化剂 ,由溶胶凝胶法制备出掺Ni的二氧化硅纳米多孔块体材料 ;在此基础上 ,应用高压电场制备出沿电场方向Ni离子呈梯度分布的材料 ;并对材料的结构。
A kind of SiO 2 nano-porous material adulterated with Ni has been prepared from TEOS through sol-gel process in this paper. Furthermore, the material has been delt with in the electric field. It's properties such as structure, form and contents of Ni 2+ have been studied by SEM,XRD and some other experiment methods.
