摘要
从高钙粉煤灰与粉煤灰混合料的化学成分入手,阐述了高钙粉煤灰与粉煤灰混合料的强度形成机理.根据《公路无机结合料稳定材料试验规程》的相关试验方法,对高钙粉煤灰与粉煤灰混合料的强度、模量、水稳定性等路用技术性能进行了系统的试验研究,并分析了其强度的影响因素.试验结果表明,高钙粉煤灰与粉煤灰混合料具有较高的强度、模量和较好的水稳定性,其各项技术性能满足现行规范的要求,可以作为各级公路的底基层或基层材料.
By analyzing the chemical composition of high calcium fly ash and fly ash mixture, the mechanism in strength was expounded in this paper.Based on the method in Test Methods of Materials Stabilized with Inorganic Binders for Highway Engineering, the technical performances of the mixture of high calcium fly ash and fly ash in highway application were studied by systemic experiments. Which includes the strength, modulus and water stability. And the influence factors of the mixture strength were analyzed, too. The results show that the mixture has higher strength and modulus, good water stability. The technical performances of high calcium fly ash and fly ash mixture conform to the current specification, so that can be used as sub-base course or base course.
