摘要
利用海水为沉淀剂,以化学沉淀法去除污泥脱水液中的氮、磷,同时采用曝气方式提高溶液的pH值。考察了海水用量、曝气量、曝气时间、初始pH等因素对沉淀效果的影响,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)对生成的沉淀物进行表征。结果表明,应用曝气方式提高污泥脱水液的pH,辅助海水化学沉淀去除污泥脱水液中的氮、磷是可行的;适宜的工艺条件:海水与脱水液的混合比例为1∶5,pH值为9~10,曝气量为4~6L/min,曝气时间为30min,在此条件下对磷酸盐和氨氮的去除率分别达到92%和19%左右;沉淀物的主要成分是磷酸铵镁(MAP)。
By using seawater as precipitant and increasing the pH of solution by aeration,the chemical precipitation process was used to remove nitrogen and phosphorus from sludge dehydration liquor. The impacts of the seawater dosage,aeration rate,aeration time,initial solution pH on the precipitation efficiency were investigated. And the formed precipitate was characterized by SEM,EDS and XRD.
