摘要
目的 探讨尿 β2 -MG含量与消化道恶性肿瘤之间的相关性。方法 采用放射免疫分析 (RIA)法测定正常对照组、消化道恶性肿瘤患者的尿液并进行统计分析。结果 2 12例各类消化系统恶性肿瘤患者的尿 β2 -MG都明显高于正常对照组 ,差异有显著性P <0 0 1。结论 尿β2 -MG可作为消化系统恶性肿瘤的标志物之一 。
objective To evaluate the relationship between the β 2-MG(β 2-Microglobin)levels in urine and the malignant tumors of digestive system. Methods The β 2-MG levels in urine were tested with RIA(radioimmunoassay) for controI group and the 212 patients respectively and the levels were analyzed with statistic method. Results The average β 2-MG level in urine of the patients suffering various kinds of malignant tumors of digestive system was higher than the average level of the controI group. the difference was significant( P <0 01). Conclusion The β 2-MG level in urine can be taken as one of the marks of the malignant tumors of digestive system to diagnose and follow up the diseases.
