摘要
体育发展战略是从客观的角度出发 ,总体地研究体育发展过程中全局应该采取的方针、政策。体育发展战略必须遵循决策的合理性、可行性、经济性原则。必须遵循投入、活动、产出的运行机制和发展规律 ,以最小投入而得到最大的产出效应。根据我国体育资源的优势 ,对运动项目进行合理布局 。
Strategies of the sports development is to study the principles and policies to be followed in the sports development with an objective view. They must be reasonable,feasible and economic. Operation mechanism and developing laws of input,activity and output should be observed so as to reach the best productive effects with the minimum input. Reasonable arrangement of sports items based on the Chinese sports superiorities can promote the Chinese competitive sports.
