摘要
在分析我国体育管理环境发展动态性的基础上,解析了我国体育管理体制刚性的构成维度,即体育战略变革刚性、体育管理流程刚性、体育管理组织结构刚性以及体育管理文化刚性,进而剖析了我国体育管理体制刚性促成因素,即线性思维的局限性、路径依赖的锁定性、沉淀成本的效应性、知识传播的局限性,寻觅到我国体育管理体制创新的路径,以期促进我国体育管理体制的创新与发展。
This paper analyzes the formation of rigidity of sports managerial system in China on the basis of analyzing the development of the sports management surroundings,which includes adjustment rigidity of sports strategy,procedure rigidity of sports management,organizational structure rigidity and cultural rigidity.In order to promote the reform and innovation of the sports managerial system,it must be known that there are limitations of the linear thinking mode,the dependency of certain means,the effects of what is cost, the dissemination of knowledge etc.
