摘要
藻类对许多重金属具有较强的生物富集能力。小球藻 (Chlorellaspp )分别在不同系列Zn2 + 、Cd2 + 浓度下培养 8d间隔2d,测定小球藻的生物量及Zn和Cd的含量。结果表明 ,小球藻随水体中Zn2 + 和Cd2 + 的浓度不同 ,在重金属水体中暴露时间不同 ,具有不同的富集速率和能力。
Chiorella spp.was cultivated in a range of dissolved concentrations of Zn 2+ and Cd 2+ for 8 days.During the culture, the contents of Zn and Cd in the cells of Chlorella spp.were measured every 2 days.These results showed that Chlorella ssp.had different bioaccumulation rates at different Zn 2+ and Cd 2+ levels.The present study confirms the ability of Chlorella spp.to bioaccumulate on dissolved Zn and Cd in proportion to external levels and culture days.
