摘要
采用自主选育的隆线溞、大型溞和方形网纹溞作为试验生物,利用慢性毒性实验方法,研究了镉对三种水溞繁殖能力的影响.目的是探索低浓度镉的慢性毒性,以及镉对水生态的破坏力,为水体中重金属的污染监测提供科学依据.结果表明,低浓度的镉(0.032mg/L)因溞种不同影响各异,对隆线溞和方形网纹溞每胎的产溞数有促进的作用,但对大型溞是降低的;高浓度的镉(0.1mg/L)明显降低了水溞每胎的产溞数,而且死亡率增高.
In a chronic toxicity test the effect of cadmium on the reproductive ability of Daphnia carinata,D.magna and Ceriodaphnia quadrangular was investigated to explore the toxicity of low-concentration cadmium and the damage it causes to the water ecology so as to provide reference for monitoring heavy metal pollution in water.The results showed that the effect of cadmium at low concentration(0.032 mg/L)differed with Daphnia species:it increased the mean number of eggs per brood of D.carinata and C.quadrangular but decreased that of D.magna,while high-concentration cadmium(0.1 mg/L)significantly reduced the mean number of eggs per brood of all the three species and increased their mortality rate.
