摘要
采用均匀设计方法设计实验,研究了Cu2+,Pb2+,Zn2+3种重金属离子以及与EDTA、三聚磷酸钠、柠檬酸形成的络合物对斜生栅藻生长量的影响.通过对实验结果进行回归分析,表明了重金属离子及其形态与斜生栅藻生长量的关系.当柠檬酸、三聚磷酸钠和EDTA的浓度分别为0,5.0×10-3,1.0×10-3mol/L时,Cu,Zn,Pb分别抑制斜生栅藻生长的144h-LC50为4.791×10-6,1.128×10-2,1.06×10-4mol/L.从重金属抑制斜生栅藻生长的144h-LC50考虑,3种重金属对斜生栅藻毒害作用由大到小的顺序依次是Cu,>Zn,>PB>:柠檬酸和三聚磷酸钠能加强重金属对斜生栅藻的毒害作用;重金属对斜生栅藻的毒害作用随EDTA的增加而受到抑制.
