摘要
目的 :研究蚯蚓提取物 (EFE)的免疫活性及抗肿瘤作用。方法 :采用小鼠移植性肿瘤S1 80 肉瘤及Heps肝癌的动物模型观察其肿瘤抑制作用。结果 :EFE对S1 80 肉瘤和Heps肝癌细胞的抑制率分别为 36 97%和 4 8 55% ;结论 :它对小鼠实体瘤细胞有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 0 1 )并提示对小鼠的细胞和体液免疫功能有显著增强作用。
Purpose:The aim was to study the immunologic activity and antitumor effects of earthworm extraction.Method:The antitumor effects and immunologic activity of earthworm extraction were observed by planting sarcoma180(S 180) and liver cancer(Heps-2) into bodies of mice or normal mice.Result:It has shown that the inhibiting rates of tumor were 36.97% and 48.55% respectively(P<0.01).Earthworm extraction obviously enhanced the function of phagocytosis of macrophage in abdominal cavity of mice.Conclusion:Earthworm extraction inhibited significantly the growth of tumor and enhanced the immunologic function.
