摘要
文章就信息资源的开发利用对社会进步和经济发展的诸多影响 ,进行了分析研究 ,指出了网络环境下的开发利用策略 ,并就可行性做了深入探讨。
The article aims at the study about the influences of the exploration and utilization on the advancement of society and the development of national economy. The author puts forward some practical measures of the information resource exploitation under the network environment.
