摘要
政府信息是社会信息资源的一个极其重要的组成部分。政府信息公开是实现信息资源共享的关键 ,是促进社会经济发展的重要方式。本文着重从立法和政府上网等方面论述了促进政府信息公开 。
Governmental information is a very important component part of social information resources.The openning of governmental information,which is key for realizing information resources sharing,is an important way to accelerate socio-economic development.This paper discusses the main channels of promoting the openning of governmental information and realizing the sharing of information resources emphatically form the aspects of legislation and net playing of the government.
