摘要
研究了注塑成型过程中CAD模型向CAE模型转换的方法和网格生成技术对注塑流动模拟的影响。给出了采用ANSYS自适应网格划分的功能 ,对CAD模型进行网格划分和数据重构 ,建立可用于C MOLD软件分析的CAE模型 ,以及将CAD模型直接转换为C MOLD可分析模型的技术方法。在同等工艺条件下 ,分析了两种CAE模型注塑成型模拟的结果 ,比较了模拟结果与实际注塑件生产的误差。
In this paper, the influence of the mesh generation method on injection molding simulating during the transition course of CAD model to CAE model is analyzed. Technology methods of adopting the self-adapt function of ANSYS, meshing the CAD model, reconstructing the database to erect the CAE model fitted to the analyzing of C-MOLD and transforming CAD model into the analyzable CAE model directly are referred. Under the same technics, molding results of the two different CAE model are analyzed and errors between the molding result and the actual accuracy are compared. Feasibleness of the new technical method is validated.
